Tips on how to take care of your Mental Health

1. Try to have a clear daily schedule for work hours and do not slip into over-time

2. Include in your schedule regular short breaks (every 1-2 hours) to rest and move

3. Eat healthy

4. Dedicate if possible, a designated space as a work station different from where you usually relax

5. Create a short list of daily goals and break them down into hourly tasks



Always remember that you are not alone. All of this can be prevented if we talk. It doesn't matter how hard we work for our grades. What matters the most is our Mental and Physical Health. Together we can live longer without worries and anxiety. Whenever we stumble down and struggle to get back up, always know that there is someone who will get you back up. Nothing will change unless we initiate.
